I started as an automotive mechatronics technician with dirty hands in engine bays. I learned what it feels like when systems fail you and the frustration of fixing someone else's shortcuts.

At Audi, I learned what customers actually want - and what happens when they don't get it. At Tesla, I experienced extreme growth firsthand and watched myself and teams break when alignment fails.

As COO at gowago.ch, I co-built a company from the inside. I learned the difference between what works in theory and what survives reality. Now I help you skip the expensive lessons I had to learn the hard way.
